Join us this summer for FREE outdoor mat Pilates classes, hosted by Club Pilates Sedona right outside our upcoming studio at Hillside Sedona Shopping Center! Everyone’s welcome – come move with us! We’ll provide the mats – just bring water, wear comfy clothes, and come ready for movement! These morning classes are a fun way to beat the heat, meet the team, and experience what Club Pilates Sedona is all about.
